Makes a real positive difference in how I feel
been on for about a week and noticed throughout the day then I’m not as tired in the afternoon as I used to be. as I take it in the morning, I feel a good boost of energy throughout the morning as it helps me with my workouts..
I've been in recovery for awhile,hsptl stay.Not a lot of energy,fluffy head,no sort of,get up & do.It was more like,oh crikey.That has diminished,I'm a lot happier in my self,& I feel refreshed compared to where I was a month,5 weeks ago.All I can say is,thankyou for the introduction.The spoon resin is a winner,not sure about capsules.I will be ordering more when I'm nearly through with what I have.Once again,thankyou Julian
