I love shilajit! Before I had low energy, low testosterone. I’ve tried several brands but never had gotten the same results. Vasu shilajit after 2 weeks had me impressed. After one month I went and got my annual physical and the doctor asked what am I taking. I told him I stopped the high blood pressure medication and starting taking shilajit. The first time I ordered shilajit I didn't leave a review because I didn't notice a big difference in anything until I went to my regular doctor's appointment. The doctor said I had lost 7 or 8 pounds. Then 3 months later for my next doctor's appointment I had lost 15 more pounds and the only difference in my routine was taking the Vasu shilajit.
