I’ve been taking shilajit for about 6 weeks now! I am 44 years old and before I started taking this I was working out 2-3 days a week, but I still felt like a “old man”. I took a chance with this company, and got lucky, its real and actually works. The only problem is the little spoons have paint on them that chips off after a while. And the price could be a bit more affordable.

Before I started taking shilajit gummies/resin I felt myself not having enough energy throughout the day, feeling drowsy by 4pm. Also a lack of motivation to workout and exercise. While taking shilajit gummies and resin I noticed the drowsy feeling around 4pm was going away. After taking it I feel a lot more aware and focused. Libido has also increased. Been using this brand for two years now and it’s amazing, my skin is so smooth and clear, I have energy throughout my day and my nights are satisfying for the Mrs! I’m 69 years old and feel like I’m in my thirties. I take it in the morning with warm water when it’s dissolved completely drink it down and the rest of my day is great.
Love the product but you can’t ever get ahold of their customer service. So that’s why I gave them 2 stars

When I started taking shilijit I was doing an EMR night classes about a week after I started taking it. I noticed I could focus better The brain fog was gone, I wasn’t as tired at the end of the day when I was taking a class after working all day
