I’ve had it over a week y’all didn’t bother to tell us how much of it to take so I’m taking about a pea size piece every morning in my jar is almost empty so it’s only enough for about two weeks so I am very disappointed in that

I took a chance with this company, and got lucky, its real and actually works. The only problem is the little spoons have paint on them that chips off after a while. And the price could be a bit more affordable.

Before I started taking shilajit gummies/resin I felt myself not having enough energy throughout the day, feeling drowsy by 4pm. Also a lack of motivation to workout and exercise.
